The Detroit Lions made a couple expected moves on Tuesday after dealing with some injuries after Sunday’s win over the Arizona Cardinals. Here’s what they did:  Placed Marcus Davenport and Derrick Barnes on injured reserve There’s no shock with either of these really. Lions C Frank Ragnow suffered a partially torn pectoral muscle and is considered week-to-week, according to Ian Rapoport.
