Detroit Lions Podcast: Senior Bowl Day 1 wrap-up

USA Today

The first day of Senior Bowl practices is in the books. After the day’s festivities at the University of South Alabama, we went back to radio row and recapped what all we saw during the day.

From the skill position players to the big guys in the trenches, we covered which players stood out on Tuesday and how they might fit with the Lions. It’s a good year to not have any need at quarterback, too.

The Lions did also officially hire John Morton as the offensive coordinator during the day and we discussed what that might indicate for the Lions offense going forward.
