Lions OL coach Hank Fraley is staying in Detroit

Hank Fraley isn’t going anywhere. The Lions offensive line coach is staying with Detroit in 2025.

Fraley had interviewed for the offensive coordinator position with the Seattle Seahawks and was also under consideration to join former Lions coaches Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn with their new teams. However, the well-regarded Fraley has opted to remain a loyal Lions coach.

Fraley has earned considerable praise and consideration for higher-level jobs for his work in molding and developing one of the NFL’s most consistently strong lines. He has been with Detroit since before the hiring of Dan Campbell, earning the promotion from assistant to lead offensive line coach.

Update: Fraley will be the Lions run game coordinator as well as the offensive line coach.
