Under the radar Lions stock Watch: Who’s in and who’s out after the first week of training camp

Yardbarker

I spent seven years at Pride of Detroit and one of the biggest things I loved doing with them every summer was the bubble watch. We would go through some of the under the radar guys that were fighting for roster spots every week and pick whether or not they would make the team. Since I missed it so much, I decided to use that inspiration to make my own weekly stock watch.

Every week I’ll come in here and update this list to see who is going to be in and who is going to be out based off their performance at camp. Here’s where things stand after the first week of camp.

Some of the big standouts from camp so far have been Maurice Alexander and Nate Sudfeld. Alexander looked like a complete player that can bring some receiving help and be on special teams as well.

Sudfeld looked like a completely different quarterback than we’re used to seeing. There was some mobility there and the passes were very sharp. He might wind up making things hard on the Lions and they may wind up with three quarterbacks on the roster.
