The Lions are now the top odds favorite to trade for 4 time Pro Bowler after the start of camp

That is if a trade goes down. Which it looks like it may not be happening. Judon said on Wednesday that his future with the Patriots was not up to him, but that he did not want to be traded becasue he’s lazy and doesn’t want to have to move.

Those are his words and as someone who has moved before, I can totally understand where he’s coming from. It’s a pain.

The Lions are not just the betting favorite. They seem to be the favorite of every analyst out there. It just makes a lot of sense for both the Lions and Judon. He’s from here and the Lions are in need of pass rush help. Plus the Lions are one of the teams that could afford to make the move and then sign him to an extension.

It may not be something that happens right now, but it’s worth keeping an eye on in November when the trade deadline goes down.
