Detroit put on one heck of a draft weekend. The host city received a tremendous amount of praise for a wonderful, well-run, fan-friendy 2024 NFL draft.

First round: Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama
Second round: Ennis Rakestraw, CB, Missouri
Fourth round: Giovanni Muni, OT, University of British Columbia
The Lions traded a third-round pick in 2025 to select Giovanni Manu in the fourth round, No. 126 overall.
Fourth round: Sione Vaki, RB/S, Utah
Detroit traded up to No. 132 overall in the fourth round to select Sione Vake, a running back and safety from Utah
Sixth round: Mekhi Wingo, DT, LSU
At No. 189 overall, the Lions drafted LSU’s Mekhi Wingo
Sixth round: Christian Mahogany, OG, Boston College
With their final pick, No. 210 overall, Detroit called upon Christian Mahogany.
