Look at all these former Lions that showed up on Sunday

The Detroit Lions big playoff win on Sunday night was a star studded affair. There were big Detroit starts like Eminem, Big Sean and Sam Robinson in the building. Even in the sports media world, just about everyone you could think of was there. There was so many members of the media there that the scrum after the game looked like a full on rugby scrum because everyone was so close together.

The most noticeable attendees though was a bunch of former Lions showing up to support the team and the city they fell in love with when they played here. Obviously legends like Calvin Johnson and Barry Sanders were on hand, but look who else showed up.

Form left to right there’s Calvin Johnson, linebacker DeAndre Levy, linebacker Stephen Tulloch, safety Glover Quin, rapper Big Sean, receiver Golden Tate and offensive lineman Rob Sims and offensive lineman Gosder Cherilus. This is essentially the 2014 Lions. Cherilus was the only player that wasn’t on that team. He had gone on to the Colts by then.

What’s even better is the reaction after the Lions had won the game. Calvin Johnson and Stephen Tulloch look like they’re feeling the same emotions that every Lions fan in the building was feeling at that moment.

The Lions will back at Ford Field next Sunday to face either the Eagles or Buccaneers. We’ll see who shows up to that game.
