Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow has not practiced all week long and per Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell, he won’t practice on Saturday either. But that doesn’t mean the Lions are planning to rule him out for Monday night’s game against the Raiders just yet.
“Hard to say. Here’s the good news, we have really, three days.
Because it’s a night game on Monday. We got all of today, all tomorrow and we got most of Monday. So that’s a long time to recover.” Campbell said. “So it’s really kind of day to day you know, we’ll see where he’s at today. I don’t see him going out there on the field. But I see him doing some work. He’s already done some this morning than we’ll do some after practice.
And then just you know, see where it goes. So this is still this is nothing is set in stone one way or another.”
The Lions could really use their Pro Bowl center in this game. We’ll see if that happens. He has officially been given a doubtful designation. We’ll see where that goes. It could very well be a game time decision.
As for the rest of the team, here’s how things look.
- Benito Jones: Questionable
- Malcolm Rodriguez: Questionable
- Halapoulivaati Vaitai: Qestionable
- Josh Paschal: Questionable
- Jonah Jackson: Out
- David Montgomery: Out
Inactive for the Lions will be due at 6:50 on Monday night. We’ll get our answers on Ragnow then.
As for the Raiders, here’s their designations for Monday night:
