Lions vs Panthers injury report: St. Brown missed 2nd practice

Yardbarker

We’re getting ever closer to the Detroit Lions matchup with the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. We got our first glimpse of the injury report on Wednesday and we saw that Amon-Ra St. Brown and Brian Branch were out from practice while a bunch of guys made their returns. Let’s see who missed out on practice Thursday:

  • Brian Branch
  • Amon-Ra St. Brown
  • Jason Cabinda

The good news on St. Brown is that he was working with trainers on the side during practice on both Thursday and Wednesday. If he can return for Friday, that’ll be a very good sign that he could play on Sunday. As for Branch, it’s starting to look like he could miss this game.

Josh Paschal was seen on the sideline working with trainers. That’s something to watch. He can return to the Lions next week when his four week injured reserve period is up.

The full practice report doesn’t drop until 4:00. We’ll update this story as soon as that drops and get a look at who practiced at what capacity on Thursday.
