Friday night means high school football in Michigan and around the country. With the Detroit Lions ready for Sunday’s home opener against the Seattle Seahawks, a couple of Lions players headed out to a local high school rivalry game in Detroit.

Defensive backs C.J. Gardner-Johnson and Jerry Jacobs attended the matchup between Detroit Cass Tech and Detroit King at King’s stadium. The DB duo was on the sidelines and met with the coaches and players from both squads before the game.
