NFL playoffs reaction: After win vs. Lions, Commanders can’t be slept on in NFC championship

The NFC and AFC Championships are set, with the Washington Commanders heading to their first conference championship since 1992 after beating the top seeded Detroit Lions were upset at home behind the efforts of QB Jayden Daniels.

The Commanders will face the Eagles with the winner heading to the Super Bowl to face either the Buffalo Bills or the Kansas City Chiefs. QB Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are chasing their third straight Super Bowl, a feat no NFL franchise has ever accomplished.
