‘Him and Hutchinson together in Detroit would be like cheating’ Father of All-Pro edge rusher would like to see his son traded to the Lions, Brad Holmes has shown interest

The Detroit Lions very well could have had the Defensive Player of the Year on their squad this season. Aidan Hutchinson was putting forth an unreal campaign. He was so good that he hasn’t played since Week 6 and he’s still in the top 25 in pressures. He would have been number one with a bullet if he were healthy.

The Lions went out and got Za’Darius Smith and Smith has been tremendous in four games. He’s had 20 pressures and four sacks. The Lions’ edge rusher combo next year could be pretty good, but what if it was even better? What if it had the addition of an All-Pro edge rusher?

Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons’ dad Terrence Parsons is certainly a fan of that. On the Life in the Stands podcast, he was asked where he would like to see his son traded to, and he named three teams: the Chiefs, Steelers, and Lions.
