Amon-Ra St. Brown drops some potentially important unknown Lions information in an interview

Amon-Ra St. Brown had a pretty good game for the Detroit Lions on Monday night. He had six catches for 45 yards and a touchdown and even threw a touchdown to Jared Goff.

Not bad for the receiver throwing his first touchdown pass ever. What if he had to throw more though? What if had to be the Lions quarterback for more than just one play? Well on Monday night we learned that if Jared Goff and Hendon Hooker were to go down, St. Brown is the Lions emergency quarterback.

“I don’t know if you guys know this, I’m the third quarterback, if something happens to Jared and Hendon Hooker, I’m going in. I got the headset ready and everything.”

Obviously this is something that you hope you never have to see, but now we know what to expect. This is a pretty rare thing, but it has happened before. The Denver Broncos had to start receiver Kendall Hinton as their quarterback during the 2020 season. It went really bad. Stay healthy Goff and Hooker.
