Ex-Lions DT Isaiah Buggs arrested again

USA Today

The troubles keep piling up for former Lions defensive tackle Isaiah Buggs. Now with the Kansas City Chiefs, the DT was arrested early Sunday on charges of domestic violence and burglary in Alabama.

It’s the second time this offseason Buggs has been arrested in his home state of Alabama. Earlier this spring, Buggs faced charges related to animal cruelty for neglected dogs on his property.

Buggs started 13 games for Detroit in 2022 and was a key member of the DL rotation. He played less in 2023 before the Lions released him before the end of the season.
