A few years ago there was a thought that the next string of general managers in the NFL would treat the league like a fantasy league. The rationale behind that idea was that they would be much more open to trades involving players and picks than generations prior.
Turns out they were right.
The trend started about three years ago when the Packers traded Davante Adams, it seemingly opened the floodgates for general managers to trade picks more. The idea is that established players are less of a risk than Day 2 and Day 3 draft picks. During the 2024 offseason, that trend has continued heavily and it is important to see who has what picks left after the latest round of chaos.
For Lions fans and the rest of the NFC North, they all are heavily invested in the NFL draft. This year specifically, there are a lot of picks to be made within the division, here is the rundown.
