Dan Campbell has delivered the Detroit Lions to something it has not had in 30 years.

Detroit is the NFC North Division champion after earning a 30-24 victory on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.

Campbell has hit on his draft picks for the Lions, including three University of Alabama alums. Jahmyr Gibbs (running back), Brian Branch (defensive back), and Jameson Williams (wide receiver) have been impactful for the team.

Gibbs, the No. 12 overall selection in the 2023 NFL Draft, totaled 100 scrimmage yards — 80 rushing, 20 receiving — and two touchdown versus Minnesota. He went viral on social media for his impressive juke move; however, the native Georgian joined elite company in franchise history for a rookie. Gibbs became the third rookie in Lions history, joining Barry Sanders and Billy Sims, to have 1,000 scrimmage yards and 10 touchdowns. He has 1,188 yards — 872 rushing, 316 receiving — and 10 scores.
