Lions injury update: Jonah Jackson the only player sitting out

USA Today

With a very brief turnaround between games, the Detroit Lions opted to have a walkthrough on Monday instead of a full practice. Even so, there is good news on the Lions injury front as the team prepares for Thursday afternoon’s Thanksgiving matchup with the Green Bay Packers.

Left guard Jonah Jackson was the only Lions player who would not have been active in a full practice, per the team’s estimation. Jackson missed Sunday’s win over the Chicago Bears with ankle and wrist injuries and was replaced by rookie Colby Sorsdal.

No other Lions from the active 53-man roster were limited or out on Monday. The next practice report comes out on Tuesday, when the Lions are also expected to hold a walkthrough in lieu of a full practice.
