The Detroit Lions looked to be pretty healthy going into this game. At least from the standpoint that only two players were ruled out ahead of time. Everyone else was questionable with a lean towards playing. Then Jerry Jacobs hit the injury report out of nowhere on Saturday. He was put there with a knee injury and given a questionable designation. Now we know if he’ll play on Sunday as the Lions inactives have dropped. Here they are:
- David Montgomery
- Jonah Jackson
- Brodric Martin
- Marvin Jones
- Jerry Jacobs
- Charles Harris
- Levi Onwuzurike
There’s your answer. Jacobs will miss the game against the Ravens. He tried to give it a go in a pre-game workout, but the Lions did not feel good about his knee and they decided to rule him out. Will Harris is expected to start in his place.
Charles Harris is a surprise healthy scratch on Sunday. That’s a very interesting move. Ownzurike being out too is also interesting.
As for the Ravens, here’s who’s sitting out for them:
- Kevon Seymour
- Marcus Williams
- Jeremiah Moon
- Sam Mustipher
- Sala Aumavae-laulu
- Josh Johnson
