The Detroit Lions game designations are in for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers. Here’s how things are looking

  • Brian Branch: Out
  • Jason Cabinda: Out
  • James Mitchell: Doubtful
  • Amon-Ra St. Brown: Doubtful
  • Taylor Decker: Questionable
  • Jamhyr Gibbs: Questionable

Ok, that’s a lot to take in. The big one is that St. Brown is doubtful for Sunday’s game. We kind of saw this coming after he missed practice all week. He will be evaluated one more time on Saturday and we’ll just have to see what happens there.

Brian Branch has been ruled out. Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell said that their hope is to get him back for the Buccaneers next week.

Jahmyr Gibbs is a new one. He showed up with a questionable tag on Friday. He has a hamstring injury. No word on when that happened or how serious it is.

We’ll find out who will play in this game for sure at 11:50AM  on Sunday. Until then, anything can happen.

On the Panthers side of things, we know starting safety Xavier Woods has been ruled out. Here’s the rest of their injury report

  • Xavier Woods: Out
  • Austin Corbett: Out
  • Stephen Sullivan: Out
  • Donte Jackson: Questionable
