Lem Barney: A Lions Legend

Detroit Lions
Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1992, Lem Barney played his entire 11-season career (1967-77) for the Lions earning seven Pro Bowl bids.

The defensive back intercepted 56 passes and recovered 17 fumbles in 140 career games, with 11 total touchdowns (7 INT, 2 PR, 1 KR, 1 FGR). A versatile athlete, Barney also served as the Lions’ punter for two seasons.
